Our Story
In 2019, Sanity Spa was birthed out of frustration when the founder and owner, Ulanda Spencer could not find space to relax, think clearly, and simply breathe. She knew if she was feeling this way, there were others going through the same thing. Due to not being able to find a serene location to be left alone to process the day’s events, Sanity Spa was only created in her mind. After a few life-changing events, Sanity Spa was put on the back burner. Early in 2021, Ulanda was given the opportunity to relocate to Texas from North Carolina. That transition gave her a new perspective and ideas, which allowed her to dust off her dream of pursuing Sanity Spa. Two and half years later, Sanity Spa is in the process of launching soon, tentatively late 2023.

Sanity Spa is an upscale emotional spa designed to provide a one-of-a-kind experience to those individuals desiring a mental break from the norm. Sanity Spa will provide a tranquil and serene environment and space that allows individuals to temporarily relax their minds in order to promote a healthy mindset and well-being. Sanity Spa will be the go-to place for one to relax the mind and to regain mental strength from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Sanity Spa’s atmosphere is so serene and mellow; it allows one's mind to detox from negativity, distractions, and mental roadblocks to allow the mind to rest peacefully and to think clearly.

Why We Are Different
Sanity Spa is not your traditional spa and does not offer traditional spa services. We offer emotional spa services that include aromatherapy, in which we have our own candle line, Sanity Scents.
We utilize 100% Coconut Apricot Wax, which is vegan, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, with no additives, dyes, and burns clean.
In the future, we will offer monthly subscriptions and other discounts.
